All the Bookings are non refundable. This rate is non transferrable and non-cancellable. Use of Cottonmill facilities only including main swimming pool and gym from 3pm on your day of arrival until 11am on your day of departure. Please note this excludes The Club at Cottonmill spa facilities.

Leisure facilities include use of the indoor pool, two vitality pools, a state of the art gym featuring the latest Technogym ‘Artis’ line equipment, sauna, steam room, poolside terrace and Sitting Room. After a treatment, guests are invited to rest in the Rose Relaxation Room. The Club at Cottonmill spa features world class spaces and facilities including new spa gardens, Garden Room, Whisper Room and Deep Relaxation Room. Please note The Club at Cottonmill Spa is only accessible to a limited number of day guests or residents who have booked a specific Club at Cottonmill package, or for guests staying in The Mews. If you want to access The Club at Cottonmill, please ensure you book a Mews suite or an overnight Club spa break.

*Please be aware that the Cottonmill leisure facilities and The Club at Cottonmill Spa are adult only areas and we do not allow children under the age of 16 in any pool areas, please note 16 & 17 year olds will be offered a limited treatment menu and must be accompanied by an adult.
